Services and Pricing
We look forward to caring for your pets! A complimentary “Meet and Greet” is required prior to your first scheduled service. After that, please utilize our Client Portal (see below) to request care visits for your pet. The below services are also provided on weekends for no additional charge.
Dog Walking
We are happy to provide your dog with a walk and exercise; you determine when and how often.
Traditional Visit (40 mins): $29
Short Walk Visit (20 mins): $22
This service includes a walk around the neighborhood (GPS-enabled), feeding, fresh water, and playtime. Medicine in the form of a pill, powder, or liquid that can be integrated with meals or treats can also be administered.
Pet Sitting
We take care of your pet in the comfort of your home while you are out and about.
Traditional Visit (40 mins): $29
Drop-In Visit (20 mins): $22
This service includes feeding, fresh water, litter scooping, playtime, and cuddles. Medicine in the form of a pill, powder, or liquid that can be integrated with meals or treats can also be administered.
Miscellaneous Services
House Check-in: Add-on service. We will feed the fish, get the mail, water plants, rotate lights or shades and check on anything else you need.
Special Requests: For clients that would like their pet(s) to have a bit of extra company while they are away (i.e. modified visit length), a longer walk, or those with other special requests, please contact us for pricing and availability. Please also note an Extra Pet Charge is applicable for service requests including multiple pets.
Scheduling
We use Time to Pet as our client portal and database. Time to Pet is “trusted by over 4,000 of the World’s Most Successful Pet Care Companies” and provides a streamlined experience for clients looking to schedule services, pay invoices, or message us about current or future care appointments. To access Time to Pet, you can either download the mobile app on your phone or access the database through the desktop portal. Utilizing Time to Pet helps us ensure that your data is both safe and up-to-date.
Please click the “Get Started” button above to fill out a New Client Form and request a Time to Pet account with Whimsical Whiskers, LLC. Once received, we will send you a link to open your own Time to Pet account with us and fill out the requested profile information prior to your introductory visit.

Our primary service area includes the following areas: Shaker Heights, University Heights, Beachwood, Tremont, and Cleveland Heights (south of Monticello Blvd).
Our extended service area includes Richmond Heights, Mayfield Heights, Pepper Pike, Mayfield, South Euclid, Gates Mills, Lyndhurst, Moreland Hills, Hunting Valley, Chagrin Falls, Solon, Twinsburg, Hudson, Rocky River, Lakewood and Bay Village. Please note a small travel surcharge will be applied for areas outside of our primary service area.
